Commodious Oak China Closet (inventory # EE-142) This china cabinet is very deceptive. It has to be the only one we have ever seen that has the hinges to the door mounted behind the columns so the columns actually are part of the door. When this door opens up, you have terrific access to the interior of the cabinet! The interior shelves are 15" deep inside. To correspond with this feature, you will note that the lock is mounted on the side, not on the front of the door. We are having a key made for this lock. The panel back is all mirrors except for the bottom panel. Pawfeet in the front. Columns are fluted and turned full columns that project over the carved frieze on the pilaster below. You may also have noted that the side glasses of this china are serpentine bends- giving it a little more style and shape than normal. . Size ................ 67.5"
